It’s Taco Tuesday – The Bollywood Tacos

Let’s taco about this DELICIOUS fusion cuisine! You know we’re always on the hunt for amazing new food spots for you to check out and we found just the one.

Head to @thebollywoodtacos the next time you’re in the mood for some tacos to enjoy a unique mix of Mexican & Indian food!!! Located in Oshawa, @thebollywoodtacos serves all of your classic Mexican favourites, but with a tasty Indian twist.

You get to completely customize your order just the way you like it:

1. Start by choosing your base: Taco, Burrito, Bowl, Nacho, Poutine or Quesadilla
2. Next, pick your choice of protein: Curry Chicken, Butter Chicken, Curry Lamb, Shrimp Tikka, Paneer Tikka or Chana Masala (chick peas)
3. Then add all your toppings: Lettuce, Pico De Gallo, Purple Cabbage, Guacamole ($1.00 extra), Cheese, Pineapple Salsa, Pickled Onion, Pickled Cucumber and/or Red Chilli Relish
4. Lastly, sauce it up with Mint Chutney, Sweet Tamarind Sauce, TBT Sauce and/or Hot Sauce

We got the Curry Chicken tacos loaded with ALL the toppings. We added Mint Chutney and TBT Sauce as recommended and WOW it was absolutely FIRE!!! We LOVED this super cool take on tacos, the Indian ingredients & spices had our tastebuds bursting with flavour.

Instead of regular taco shells, they’re made with naans. The portion size is very filling, one order comes with 2 tacos, which is perfect for one person or you can grab multiple flavours to share. We also tried the Butter Chicken tacos and they were a hit as well! We know we’ll be back again for some more.
