Mother’s Day Activities Toronto – All Month
Happy Mother’s Day! Here’s to all the amazing mothers (and mother figures) in our lives ♥
It’s a wonderful time to show them that they are appreciated! *cue Dear Mama* 🎶 But don’t worry – if you didn’t get a chance to book something special in time for today, there are still plenty of opportunities to surprise mom throughout the next few months.
We’ve put together a fun list of our top (mom-approved!) activities around Toronto that will allow you to get in that quality time with her, while creating lots of core memories:
1. TASC Tulip Pick Farm
Our first pick is the TASC Tulip Pick Farm in Ridgeville, ON, where you take mom to soak in the beauty of spring. Wander through rows of over 2 million tulips in 100 colours and help her hand-pick a bouquet of the beautiful flowers – the perfect way to connect with nature and each other. The current season is expected to be open until May 19, 2024 (so you’ve got an extra week!) Click here to purchase tickets.
2. Floral Café
Coffee and flowers are the keys to a mom’s heart! Let her know you love her a latte with a charming coffee date at one of Toronto’s gorgeous floral cafés. Our favourites include Olivia’s Garden (downtown Toronto) or Blossom Moments (Richmond Hill, ON). These cafés offer more than just coffee; they’re adorned with beautiful flowers for picturesque moments and heartfelt conversations. Plus, you can also purchase a bouquet for her here too.
3. Cirque du Soleil Show
Experience the magic of Cirque du Soleil’s newest show ECHO now in Toronto until August 4, 2024 (you’ve got time to plan!) We attended the premiere night a few days ago and it truly was a remarkable show! If you’ve ever wanted to attend a Cirque du Soleil show now is your chance to do it with mom. Share in the wonder of world-class acrobatics and storytelling under the big top together. Click here to purchase tickets.
4. Culinary Class at Le Dolci
Get creative with mom by taking a culinary class at Le Dolci. They have all sorts of cool classes from cake decorating, making pastries like macarons, doughnuts, churros & cinnamon buns, and so much more! This hands-on experience is not only fun but also a sweet way to bond over a shared love of desserts. Click here for upcoming classes.
5. High Tea at Shangri-La Toronto
Treat mom to a luxurious high tea experience at the Shangri-La Hotel (our favourite high tea in the city!). Their adorable Mother’s Day themed “Bee-Loved Spring Afternoon Tea” is on now until June 9, 2024. Indulge in delicate pastries, savoury sandwiches, and a selection of fine teas in an elegant setting. It’s a sure way to let her know she is a bee-loved part of your life 😉. Click here to book a reservation.
We hope this list inspires you to pamper your mama with some much deserved TLC – whether it’s hand-picking a pretty bouquet together or bonding over delicious tea & treats ☺️ We personally really love all the activities above and we’re excited for you to check them out too!
With love,
